Delete your Naptime account
You can delete your account and its data at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
- Open Naptime and sign in.
- On the Your babies screen, tap the account icon (top right).
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Option 2 — By email
If you have already uninstalled the app, email support@momfia.ai from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my Naptime account". We confirm you control the address and delete the account within 30 days (usually much sooner).
What gets deleted
- Your login and authentication record.
- Your caregiver profile and display name.
- For any baby where you are the only caregiver: that baby's name, schedule, and entire nap log.
What is kept
- If you share a baby with other caregivers, that baby's schedule and history stay with them.
- Nap-log entries you created in a shared baby remain in that family's history, but your name and account id are removed from them.
- Limited operational and security logs may be retained where required by law, without information that identifies you.
Timeline
- In-app deletion: immediate.
- Email request: within 30 days.
- Encrypted backups: purged within 30 days after deletion.
